Lean Startup Challenge

I have some exciting news.  One of my projects, Infoactive, was accepted into the Lean Startup Challenge.  We will be competing against 200 some people in 100 some teams to win the challenge.  The way to win is through customer discovery and validation.  Looking forward to taking this to the next level with my co-founder Trina Chiasson.

We just had our kickoff meeting on June 30th, 2012.  Went to Chicago for the day and had a great time learning.  I also have 700+ pages to read.  Lol.  But that is part of the process.  If you aren’t learning you are getting further and further behind so make it a point.  Ready at least 10 books a year and sprinkle in blog posts a couple times per month.

Anyhow Trina and I have started a contacting blitzkrieg on our connections to schedule customer interviews.  This challenge is based on accumulated learning and not necessarily development or other progress.

Also have some more exciting news which I cannot talk about yet but hopefully in the next two weeks.
