Lean Startup Machine Basic Premise

  1. Create a set of hypotheses about the problem (Most important)
  2. Create a set of hypotheses about the solution
  3. Create a set of assumptions as it relates to our solution and the problem
    1. Test those hypotheses by creating a MVP (minimum viable product also means performing an experiment)
      1. MVP should require minimal time investment (Less than 4 hours if possible)
      2. Set Minimum Success Criteria
    2. Validate through
      1. Customer interviews, (3 question)
      2. Early Adopters (Foaming at the mouth, need this / have hacked together their own solution)
      3. Surveys
      4. Landing Pages etc
  4. If your assumptions are invalidated PIVOT and ITERATE
  5. If your assumptions are validated then you have a proven starting point for building a business
