Weeks 9 and 10
Unfortunately not much to update here. My toe pain is better. The left one still hurts a little but the right is completely resolved ( I think ) just doing the apple cider vinegar foot baths. Which is great so no need for antibiotics.
Had a few small symptoms flaring here and there but not like weeks 4-7. A little insomnia the last few days but nothing to major.
Currently at 70 days so another month and we’ll be nearing the end of the stem cell adaptation phase. Kind of the starts of the actual stem cell repair. Improvements before the 100 days are usually inflammation related.
In the forums I am a part of related to stem cell therapy there are a bunch of folks way further ahead of me 4-10 months without any improvements. Granted healing (symptom relief) can take up to a year. But not much fun to see them suffering way further out from where I am at. Definitely committed to this treatment but will still be evaluating it monthly after the 4-5 month mark.
Hope to have something more interesting to tell by week 12
